Machine Preparation

We stand out from the rest, as we operate within state of the art workshop and engineering facilities to ensure each machine is given a careful and thorough appraisal on both its visual and mechanical condition before being offered for sale. Any work required is then completed to a high standard so you can be sure that at the point of installation the machine is in full working order and good condition with any known faults repaired.

Viewing and Demonstrating

We encourage all our potential customers to make an appointment to visit us, and subject to weather conditions try out the machinery thoroughly on our large and versitile demonstration area before purchasing. This is also a perfect opportunity to see our full range of advertised stock and to compare machines all in the one location.

Finance

E.S.E Groundcare ltd are pleased to offer a fully comprehensive range of Finance Packages, each tailored specifically to individual customer requirements. We ensure that all finance deals are conducted thoroughly, efficiently and are concluded in a timely manner. We can be sure of this by using local people who specialise and understand the Groundcare Industry, giving a more personal experience at very competitive rates.

Export

Worldwide destinations are all catered for in our tailored worldwide export service. We will handle the packaging, shipping, documentation and other specialist requirements which may need to be completed for export. If you have your own shipping agents we are also happy to liaise with them to enable a fast smooth shipment. Arrangements can also be made for us to deliver your shipment to most UK ports on your behalf.

Delivery

Delivery is available on all products we offer and in most cases will be delivered by ourselves in person and with a full machine installation, instruction on safe use and customer handover. Smaller items purchased can be dispatched using our network of Pallet distributors from as little as 40 pounds + vat. You are more than welcome to arrange collection of a machine from our premises. We operate a range of forklifts to assist with loading.

Warranty and Servicing

With the confidence that each machine has been inspected and prepared to our high set standards we will happily offer a comprehensive 90 day driveline warranty to the majority of products we offer. Cover includes major mechanical parts to the Engine, Transmission and Hydraulics. Excludes all ancillary items, wearing / perishable items, brakes, clutches, electrical items, hoses, operator abuse and general wear and tear.
